How we handle information submitted through this site.

Effective July 2026. This notice covers the climateprobity.com website. It is written to be read, not to bury anything.

What we collect

The briefing request form collects the details you enter: your name, organization, work email, role, the reason for contacting us, your message, and the page the request was sent from. Nothing on this site collects information in the background: we do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting.

How it is used

Form submissions are used for one purpose: to review and respond to your request. Submissions are transmitted from your browser over an encrypted connection and delivered to the Climate Probity team by email. We do not sell, rent, or share your details, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Retention

We keep submissions only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence that follows. If you would like a submission deleted, write to hello@climateprobity.com and we will confirm once it is done.

Third parties

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical data any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. The site is hosted on commercial web hosting, whose servers process the same technical data to deliver pages. No other third-party services run on this site.
